Customer's Fault Description
When handset activated both lights flash rapidly before the near side motor works without any buttons being depressed. Battery has to be removed to stop lights flashing and stop mover working.

 

This caravan motor mover controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a faulty battery cable, this was replaced and then the customers fault was seen.

The button array was shorted meaning that the led would flash without any button being pressed.

The button array was split and cleaned of all contaminants which restored full functionality.
