Remote won’t turn on I believe battery springs could be the issue

 

This boiler control arrived safely and on testing was found to be intermittent.

The battery terminals were loose (poosibly due to being dropped), the terminals were re-positioned which restored constant power, the ocntrol was then tested over a 4 day period to test the time function but no issue could be found with the time, this might have been caused by the intermittent power.
