Gas fire not connecting to start from hand set

 

This fireplace remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to be transmitting but the receiver was not powering upon any channel.

A component test was carried out on the receiver and it was  eventually concluded to be an issue with one of the processors which sadly is not available as  a spare, due to this a repair has not been possible.
