Customers Fault Description : Reciever doesnt see m to tespond to control (no redlight)
This fireplace remote and receiver arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover on the receiver was missing, a replacement has been provided.
On testing the remote was found not to be transmitting a signal on either button.
This was due to a faulty transducer in the control itself, this was replaced which restored full functionality. No fault was found with the receiver.
