Customer's Fault Description
The fire is working when using the buttons on the fire suite itself manually, but nothing from any of the four buttons on the remote.

 

This Avalon Electric Suite fire remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.

The control was opened to test for any reason for a defect but no issue could be replicated.

This has classed this remote as no fault found.
