Customers Fault Description : Is not switching the system on at all.
This Bose controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have a number of buttons being unresponsive.
when opened the issue was found to be due to a mass of liquid contamination over much of the button array (see images).
This was cleaned up which restored full functionality.
