Customers Fault Description : Changed batteries but still not working with electric fire? Fault unknown
This fire remote arrived safely and on testing the top 3 buttons were found to be intermittent and needed a very hard push to activate. This was due to contaminated contacts, these were cleaned up which restored full functionality.
