Customers Fault Description : Red light does not come on all the time. Its very hit and miss

This fireplace control and receiver arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be intermittently responding from its button press.
This was due to high resistance buttons, all buttons were replaced as well as the battery cable. This restored normal functionality.
