Customer's Fault Description
Remote function to turn fire down/off works fine - light on remove and light on receiver. The function to switch the fire on or up does not work light on remote but no response on the receiver.

This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing was confirmed only to work on one channel.

This was found to be due to a faulty IC, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
