Customers Fault Description : remote chewed by dog, won't come on and 2 buttons missing

This fireplace control arrived safely and on inspection was damaged and missing 2 buttons.
On testing no signal was being emitted, this was due to a break in the print near the IR led. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
A replacement case was fitted.
