Customer's Fault Description
The front plastic adhesive face cover is lifting which holds the main button. The electronics still work so hope you can repair the remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

 

This garage door controller arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have its button cap dislodged from the case and the facia was peeling off.

Replacement facias are not available as spares, therefore the button cap was securely glued back into position and then the facias was glued back down.

A replacement Duracell battery was also supplied.
