Remote Fixer Repair Response
This controller arrived safely from Belgium and on inspection the display had a small black marking in the top left of the screen, this is damage to the screen itself which cant berepaired without replacing the entire display. As this does not effect functionality this was ignored (replacement displays are not available as spares)
On testing the remote was confirmed to be dead. When opened the RF board was found to have a large mass of black marking which was from contamination. This was cleaned up and the print reworked which restored full functionality.
