It’s been temperamental since I got it 6 months ago, brand new battery but only works intermittently.

This soundbar control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be intermittent in operation.

This was due to a broken SMC that had a cracked end making an intermittent connection.  This was replaced which restored full functionality.
