This Pioneer controller arrived safely and on testing was found not to be transmitting on any button press.

This was found to be due to a break in the print near the IR LED.  This restored functionality to all but 2 buttons, eventually another break in the print was found which was related to the faulty buttons.  A gain the print was reworked which restored the full remotes functionality.
