Customer's Fault Description
The only button that works is flame as you actually get a beep and the flame comes on. It was working about 2 months ago.

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on inspection was missing its battery cover. When tested only one button was found to be responding.,

When opened the issue was found to be due to corrosion due to a mass contamination over much of the board.  The board was cleaned and the print reworked which restored full functionality.

A replacement battery cover was supplied.
