Humax Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : "STB" and "TV" buttons are intermittent.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This freesat controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have sluggish STB and TV buttons, on opening htere was ocntamination over the pcb contacts. This was cleaned up and the contact pads of the button were found to be high in resistance due to wear. Replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
