Customer's Fault Description
Remote seems to work just fine as the light comes on, but the receiver was not doing anything, on checking the batteries in the receiver one had leaked. Replaced batteries but receiver now seems dead, no light being displayed on using the remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on inspection the receiver was confirmed to have suffered a battery leakage.
On testing the receiver was not responding from the remote signal.
The battery block was replaced which restored full functionality. No fault could be found with the remote itself.
