Customers Fault Description : Remote was dropped and no longer works at distance,held mm of it still works.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This gas fire control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a very weak signal, this was due to a faulty transducer. This was replaced which restored full functionality.
