Customer's Fault Description
After replacing the 9v battery the remote will not work. The red light initially lights up but when a button is pushed the light fades. The battery was replaced, and this time the red light remained on, but the control did not operate.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Sleepeezee bed controller arrived safely and on testing was transmitting on all but 3 buttons. These buttons were required to be pressed very firmly to activate.
This was due to worn contact pads, replacement conductive pads were fitted on all buttons which restored full functionality.
Please note that the red led should not illuminate unless the battery is faulty / low as this is used only as a low voltage indicator.
