Customers Fault Description : Terminals corroded .Battery housing damaged

This karaoke remote controller arrived safely and on inspection the case was split and damaged. Also part of the battery housing was missing.
On testing electronically the control was working. Replacement terminals were fitted and the casing glued securely and full functionality was restored.
