This Tecalemit brake tester controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed dead.  On inspection there was a few issues found.

One of the capacitors had come away from the PCB as well as the battery cable was broken, also the oscillator was found to be faulty, all 3 were replaced which restored full functionality.

A clone has been offered as a backup to the customer (see image below for button layout of clone)
