Customers Fault Description : All 4 buttons require very hard presses and the light soesn’t Always come on (button not working)
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This gas fire control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have non responsive / sluggish buttons.
All four buttons were replaced as well as the battery cable and full functionality was restored.
