Customer's Fault Description
Lights come on, but remotes do not operate the fire. I have two faulty remotes to operate two Gazco fires. Neither work either fire having been dropped.

These two remotes arrived safely and on testing both were not transmitting on any channel.

The same issue was found with each control whereby the ultrasonic transducers were faulty, replacements were fitted which restored full functionality.
