Customers Fault Description : Even after putting new/tested batteries into remote AND inside fire, struggling to light the fire. Hoping it's only a case of the ignition buttons on remote that are at fault.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fireplace control arrived safely and on testing was found to have faulty buttons. All four buttons were replaced which restored normal functionality.
