.Indicator light stays on all the time.I have removed batteries.

This garage door control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be illuminated all the time without a button being pressed.

This was due to contamination across a couple of the IC pins.  The entire board was cleaned using alcohol which restored normal functionality.

The second control was found to be functioning normally and no fault was found.
