Customers Fault Description : Suddenly stopped working after replacing new batteries, light flashed then nothing.

This caravan motor mover controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was missing as well as one of the terminals.
The missing terminal was replaced as well as the battery cover which restored full functionality.
