Customers Fault Description : Wont turn on ,parts loose in inside due to falling off the sofa !

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was dead.
The facia was peeled off and opened to reveal the usual issue whereby a transistor had broken away from the PCB. A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
