Customers Fault Description : Does not operate the fire up or down, green battery residue on the receiver terminals
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote had sluggish buttons and the receiver had a corroded battery block. The buttons were replaced in the remote as well as the battery lead.
This restored full functionality. The battery block was replaced to prevent future issues.
