Customers Fault Description : Most buttons not working but faint red light shows I have damaged the mini fixing screws and would pay extra for those replacements
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This adjustable bed control arrived safely and on testing some buttons were not responding unless being pressed really hard.
This was due to worn button contacts. Replacement conductive pads were fitted over all buttons which restored full functionality.
Please note that the red visible LED should only illuminate when the battery is bad as it is a poor battery indicator.
Replacement screws were also fitted to the case.
