Customers Fault Description : The Remote Control is not working at all.

This roof light controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed dead.
On inspection one of the battery terminals had signs of a battery leakage / corrosion, this had caused a high resistance in the power source. The terminal was cleaned up and re-plated which restored full functionality.
