Customers Fault Description : appears to work then stops fiddle with the battery and sometimes it will work last time tried to use it did nothing

This Boat Passerella controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be intermittent. If the control was shook the signal would appear and disappear.
On opening it was found that on of the battery terminals was loose, this was bent back into position to make a solid connection to the battery. This restored stable functionality.
A clone was created and supplied to the customer.
