Customers Fault Description : The remote does not operate the fire, changed both sets of batteries and still won't work. Fire operates manually.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote itself was found not to be transmitting a signal on both channels.
This was due to a faulty US transducer, this was replaced in the remote and full functionality was restored.
No fault was found with the receiver.
