Customer's Fault Description
Remote was dropped and stopped working. Tried replacing battery. Thereafter opened up and saw bits had came loose off circuit board and tried to glue them however didnt work.

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on inspection, two components were broken from the print, a capacitor and the IR led.

The ir led was replaced and the capacitor refitted which restored full functionality.
