Sleepeezee Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Sleepeezee

Customers Fault Description : Remote does not work. Changed battery. Red indicator light does not come on when pressing any button.

This Sleepeezee controller arrived safely and on testing a couple of buttons would transmit as normal but the rest were sluggish / non responsive.  This is a common issue whereby the button pads become non conductive due to wear.  Replacement conductive pads were fitted on each button which restored full functionality.

Please note that the red LED should only illuminate when the battery is low / dying as this is a battery indicator, this is normal functionality.
