Customers Fault Description : LED LIGHTS UP ON REMOTE BUT THE RECEIVER NOT RECEIVING SIGNAL.. HAVE TRIED ANOTHER REMOTE & FIRE WORKS OK

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was found not to be transmitting on either button.

This was due to a faulty transducer, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
