Customers Fault Description : Some buttons not working

This television controller arrived safely and on inspection there was a burn mark on the INFO button.
On testing the remote was not transmitting a signal on any button.
This was due to a bad connection on the main IC. The IC was resoldered into place properly and a replacement button cap was fitted under the INFO button, full functionality was restored.
