Customers Fault Description : The electrical connection between the 2 buttons on top of the remote (one up, one down) and the wiring in the cable is faulty. Sometimes these buttons are working, mostly not (I have to wiggle the cable when I want the buttons to work).

This bed controller arrived safely from the Netherlands and was found to have a broken cable internally at the remote end. The cable was cut back by a couple of inches to bypass the break and normal functionality was restored.
