Customer's Fault Description
Two buttons on remote both not working, one for door other for associated light. <br /><br />
Moved into property recently, it did work intermittently but stopped.<br /><br />
So I changed battery but made no difference.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding from either button.
This was due to faulty buttons, both were replaced which restored full functionality.
