Keytec PLAY RGB Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Charger jack broken. Please supply replacement charger lead/usb if possible.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the charging port was disconnected from the PCB.
This was resoldered back into place and reinforced with hot melt glue and normal functionality was restored.
