Customers Fault Description : Remote dropped and point for connection to battery broke off.

This fireplace controller arrived safely from Ireland and on inspection one of the terminals was missing but also the LCD mounting pins were broken.
The missing terminal was replaced and a replacement case fitted which restored full functionality.
