Customer's Fault Description
remote has stopped working all together .Pressing the powe button just flashes the power light for a second and makes a clicking sount at the transformer box . I do know about the crack on the screen its been like this for years
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This adjustable bed controller arrived safely and on inspection the screen cover was cracked (this doesn't effect functionality)
When opened there were 2 issues found, the first being that the power button contacts were contaminated (see image) and also the cable plug was half hanging off.
The button contacts were cleaned up and the plug was refitted and hot melt glued firmly into place.
The Cable was tested for breaks but no issue could be found.
The customer is to test the control full with the receiver upon receipt.
