Customers Fault Description : Most buttons not working, only the leg no.3 vibrator, but please check them all.

This bed remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have sluggish / non responsive buttons.
This was due to worn contacts, replacement conductive button pads were fitted which restored full functionality.
