Carver Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Hi.this was working a few months ago.but now All the right buttons on the remote dont work and i cant get the mover to move the caravan forward and back.the forward and back buttons are moving left and right

This Carver caravan motor mover controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be functioning as per normal operation.
It is suspected that the issue is with the receiver or one of the motors.
