Verine Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Verine
Customers Fault Description : Fire will not light when using the remote control, nor will it turn off. The down arrow sometimes work to reduce the heat but it is temperamental.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fireplace handset arrived safely and on testing was found to have faulty buttons.
All four of them were replaced which restored full functionality.
