Carver M606846 Remote Repair Details

Model : M606846
Customers Fault Description : No operation from remote even with new batteries. No red light shows on the hand set, however the drive unit on the caravan shows a power light.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This caravan motor mover controller arrived safely and on testing was intermittently turning on using its "double power button press".
Once opened the power button was reading high in resistance, this was replaced which restored normal functionality.
