Customer's Fault Description
Remote was intermittent then stopped working. Changed battery in remote and receiver and Still not working. Remote lights up but receiver doesn’t light up.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fireplace remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found not to be transmitting a signal.

This was due to a faulty transducer in the handset, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.

No fault could be found with the receiver.
