Customers Fault Description : Remote was intermittent then stopped working. Changed battery in remote and receiver and Still not working. Remote lights up but receiver doesn’t light up.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fireplace remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found not to be transmitting a signal.
This was due to a faulty transducer in the handset, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
No fault could be found with the receiver.
