Customers Fault Description : Coil from hand set is frayed please repair if possible.It is working but dangerous i feel This chair has a light attached but i cannot source new handset hope you can help

This recliner chair arrived safely and on inspection the cable was badly damaged at the remote end. The cable was cut back a few inches to bypass the faulty part.
