Customers Fault Description : Remote doesn’t work,no red light when pressed
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This infra red gas fire controller arrived safely and on testing was actually found to be functioning normally. The remote was opened to check for issues and a couple of the buttons were reading high in resistance. After consulting the customer it was decided to replace all the buttons.
The battery cable was also replaced and a battery cover was supplied as the original was missing.
