Customer's Fault Description
The Battery Terminal has come loose from the electrical wire. The Built in Gas fire is only 6 years old but the manufacturer will not issue us with a new remote control so we are hoping you can fix it. It was never a strong casing either.

This gas fire remote control arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a broken battery lead.  A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
