Customers Fault Description : this is a controller you gave us ages ago but the connection that goes into the bed has come away from the control handset
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This wired remote arrived safely and on inspection the battery slide cover was missing and the plug was severed from the end of the cable.
Unfortunately the wiring diagram for the cable is not available so it couldnt just be re-attached.
It was learnt that the customer had a duplicate remote control that was identical. This was shipped to us and used to map the pins to the correct part of the PCB. A replacement cable was fitted.
